Call for Artists from Witchita Center for the Arts

Molly Tully, the PR/Marketing Director for The Wichita Center for the Arts, has let us know about their upcoming national juried exhibition, Kansas Watercolor Society National Exhibition 2009. They are very excited about this year's show because it is the first year that it will be a national competition.
